Donna Dionne

Donna uses special, approved cleaning agents to remove graffiti markings from this STOP sign at SE 115th and SE Harold Street.

 Donna Dionne is an active member of the Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood Association's Public Safety Committee and is the leading force behind the East Portland Graffiti Clean-up and the PGNA monthly graffiti clean-up. She is also serving as Vice President of the Midway Business Association and as such coordinates the joint efforts of the two groups. She also sits on the EPAP Powell Blvd. Transportation and Growth Management Committee, assists with the Adopt-a-Drain program, and is working with Tom Barnes to get the drains marked as “stream runoff” sites with volunteers from the boy scouts and girl scouts.  She is also partnering with Mark White and Tom Barnes in the planning of our neighborhood’s National Night Out events. One of many places you'll see our volunteers wearing the vests she was instrumental in creating.

Although Donna isn’t a resident in the Powellhurst Gilbert Neighborhood without her, the amount of work she does, her time and her commitment to our area, our accomplishments would be few at best.
